The bed and pillows were comfortable. The maid cleaned okay though she might need a new vacuum? The curtains were falling off the window. There were a few new gouges in the wall paint and water damage that looked moldy on the bathroom ceiling. When the a/c kicked on there was a mold smell. There was no soap, shampoo, or lotion. Not even for hand washing. Breakfast was meager. They said they were out of eggs, cream, yogurt, fruit, and “everything”. They were very busy. The staff was very friendly and the guests were extremely rude, trashy, and bad mannered. Not the hotel’s fault.

Cancelled without any notification. We tried to reach the hotel for letting them know that we are going to be late. No one picked up the phone and when we reached the hotel with 12 people with 6 kids, we were told the rooms got automatically cancelled. We have to spend all night to get another hotel room causing sleepless nights and disrupted our entire itinerary.

Proximity to Broadmoor Arena to catch our show there. Spacious room with King bed. Hot breakfast was ok, they had sausage made to order and boiled eggs.
